- 5/6 whole ripe chillis, trimmed, cut in half and seeds removed.
- 500ml cider vinegar, or white wine vinegar
Making Chilli Vinegar
- Put the chillis into a glass bottle (I use the glass bottles I buy the vinegar in)
- Bring the vinegar to the boil, and pour over the chillies
- Seal and store for at least a month
- Strain through muslin before using.
