- Fresh young tarragon leaves
- White wine vinegar
Making Tarragon Vinegar
- Half fill a bottle with tarragon leaves then top up with wine vinegar.
- Leave for 4-5 weeks then strain, and pour back into the bottles with a small sprig of tarragon in each.
The same method can be used to make any number of herb vinegars. Try using thyme, lavender, or dill.
