- 1.5 litre bottle brandy
- 450g granulated sugar
- 2 vanilla pods
- 1 pint water
Making your Vanilla Brandy
- Break the vanilla pods into small pieces and add to the brandy leaving it io infuse for 3 or 4 weeks.
- Boil the sugar and water and allow to cool.
- Strain the brandy into the water, stir well, then bottle ready for use.
