- 50 lavender flowers
- 1tsp corriander seed
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1 bottle brandy
Making Lavender Liqueur
- Put all the ingredients into a wide necked jar along with the brandy
- Store in a cool dark place, giving the bottle an occasional shake for 6 months
- Strain through fine muslin and bottle - add sugar to sweeten if so desired.
